DESCRIPTION
When we say improv, we generally mean comedy. But it doesn't have to be all jokes. What if we tried to use improv to create scenes that explore the full range of emotions?
We can create indelible moments of theatre using our improv skills. This workshop will help you get comfortable with being vulnerable so you can tell personal, grounded stories that can stay with the audience long after the laughter fades away.
BULLET POINTS:
- Explore more emotional, grounded work
- Drive a scene without looking for laughter
- Create powerful, touching scenes
Open to anyone with at least some improv experience. Not designed to be your very first course, but if you've taken a beginner's class and have a few scenes under your belt, then come on in.
